We know that time spent dealing with downtime and trying to solve IT problems is time away from what you're really good at. That's why we're different.

No Infuriating Call Centres

We believe that all of our customers, whatever they do, should be able to rely on us to just make it all work, fix the problems and keep them online.

We hate waiting in queues for unqualified or unhelpful support people. That's why at uOnline, all of our customers have a dedicated support contact (by telephone and email), who is qualified to answer questions and authorised to fix your problems themselves.

Not Just Geeks

Our foudners are business people, working in Engineering, Technology, Export, Management Consultancy and lots of other industries and sectors. They know what it means to be in business and to need support.

That's why they've made sure that our people are geeks (so they can solve technical issues), but ones who look at problems from our customer's point of view. They're all based in the UK, decent homan beings and are really good at explaining things in a way that actually makes sense.

Making It Easy

Life is hard enough. Understanding technical stuff can be too, if you're not that way inclined. We want to make things just that little bit easier. Our account managers are there to guide, explain and do things for you that most hosting companies don't. Things like setting up another email address or changing a setting. We know where all of the buttons are and we don't mind helping you to find them.
